Packaging Project

Finishing of the packaging project was a difficult task, I made Solidwork models to portray my ideas using skills that we had learnt throughout the year to create curvature and interesting design. The CAD models took me a while, trying to make the measurements correct and the form look appealing, once this was done, I used Photoshop to add packaging to make it a little more realistic.

Although I found the packaging project challenging at the beginning, it was interesting and gave me a lot of new skills that I can take forward for the rest of time at uni. It was great to have the opportunity to work with RPC and present our ideas to them, it was very rewarding to complete the project. Live projects are definitely worth doing because it gives you more of an idea of projects as the one we completed was an actual project that RPC did for a client.
