Abstract Kitchen Utensils- Week 3

Week 3 was a rush I had a lot of work still left to do, not only did I still have to put together another sculpture but I still had to cover all three in gum tape!! The last sculpture was the biggest of the three but I decided to make this the simplest and keep a constant thickness. Once I had completed that I had the task of covering them in gum tape which sounds fairly easy!! I was mistaken you have to wet the gum tape and then this makes it sticky however I found it difficult to get it to take the shape and the curves. But once I had covered them I think that it made the sculptures more appealing.
